CIPMA Elects New Board of Directors

Toronto, ON (September 16, 2009)

The Canadian Independent Petroleum Marketers Association (CIPMA) nominated and elected the following slate for CIPMA's Board of Directors. David Collins, Vice President - Wilson Fuel Co. will serve as Past Chair, Darren McDougall, President - McDougall Fuels will serve as Chair, Allan MacEwen, President - MacEwen Petroleum Inc. will serve as Vice Chair, Vic Holdsworth, Senior Vice President - Pioneer Petroleums Ltd. will serve as Director, Stu MacPhail, Vice President Business Development - Parkland Income Fund will serve as Director and Bill Sanford, President - Bluewave Energy will serve as Director.

The Board of Directors was confirmed by a membership vote at the Annual General Meeting in Mississauga, ON, on September 16, 2009.
